Stand up and walk for Unity and Love across the Golden Gate Bridge!
We CAN Change the Vibration
Frustrated by negativity, chaos, and division of the pandemic, professional singer/songwriter Margo LeDuc felt a pull to change the vibration.
So she started to write a song about how she wanted to show up: moving through the world with love, peace, respect, and kindness.
More than words, these were values she wanted to put into motion every day and inspire others to do the same.
That song became Walking for Love and inspired a vision of people from all cultures, religions, political ideals, and perspectives coming together to walk in love and for love across the Golden Gate Bridge.

Walking 4 Love Event Details
11:30am – 12:30pm – Golden Gate Welcome Center Parking Lot
Meet the Community and Grab Your T-shirt
12:30pm – Let’s Walk 4 Love!
Walk, strut, dance, across the bridge at your own speed!
1:15 – 1:30pm – Celebrate at Vista Point
Take a deep breath, soak in those amazing views and grab some selfies!
1:45pm – 2:00pm – Walking for Love Music video!
Warm your voice up and get ready for your moment of fame!
2:30pm – head back to the visitor center parking lot (shuttles will be available starting at 1:30). You can purchase a ticket when you register!

Things to know about walking across the Golden Gate Bridge
- The walk from the Visitor Center to Vista Point is 1.8 miles – plan for walking 40 minutes to an hour. We are only walking one way – you can walk back or buy a transportation ticket.
- Only service animals are allowed on the bridge
- Restrooms are available at either end
